A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update.
Q: My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
A: First, allow 48–72 hours after dispatch. If it still doesn’t update, email contact@auraminimalstore.com and we’ll assist.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can often update it. Email us ASAP with your order number.
Q: Do I have to pay customs fees?
A: UK orders are typically delivered normally. If a carrier/customs requests any action, contact us first at contact@auraminimalstore.com.

A: UK customers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. We also offer an extended returns window of up to 30 days for eligible items.

A: If the item is defective/damaged/wrong, we cover it. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
